All prices at PremiumVape.se are displayed inclusive VAT (25%) for zones within EU.
Information for customers in Norway and other countries outside of EU
Customers with a delivery address outside of EU pays no VAT to us, instead you pay tax and customs costs in the receiving country.

Electric Lady AB will not be liable for any additional costs that may arise from import to another country.
Warranty
Mods & Batteries: 2 months warranty. Will only apply for fabrication faults and not for decreased performance, which is fully normal for batteries.
Clearomizers: 1 month warranty. Will only apply for fabrication faults and not for wear damages.
Coils: no warrenty since this is expendable product.

Claims
In case of complaint, we will request the product’s serial number, which can be found on the product packaging. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to save the product packaging in order for the complaint to be valid.
Withdrawal
You always have 14 days of right to withdrawal. If you choose to return your product within these 14 days, you yourself will pay for the return freight cost.
The right to withdrawal does not apply for our corporate customers.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to e-juices mixed especially for your order.
Return policy
The following rules must be upheld for claiming the right to withdrawal
– The package should not be broken and The product can’t be used or broken
– The product shall be returned in its original box
– The product have to be complete with all its accessories
– The package have to be sent directly to us
– As a consumer you have the right to get your money back within 30 days from that day we received your returned product
– Only the cost of the products will be refunded, not freight & invoice costs.
How to make a return
Start with filling out the return form. You will thereafter get a return voucher number. Make sure to wrap the package well because you will be held responsible that the product arrives to our warehouse in perfect condition.
If a return is poorly packaged and the product is damaged, it’s not the carrier that will be held responsible, it’s the person returning the goods. This means that you won’t get any compensation for damaged products caused by poorly packaging.
In case of a freight damage we will contact you in order for you to make a complaint at the carrier.
If you choose not to send the package as a certified mail, you will be held responsible for the product until we received it.

Shipping & delivery
Orders before 14:00 work days is sent the same day or latest the weekday after.
Orders to EU countries will be delivered with Postnord Varubrev. If the package is small it could, depending on country, be delivered directly to your mailbox. In other case you will be notified by a Email or a SMS-message and can pick up your package at your nearest delivery point.
Orders to the rest of the world is delivered with Registered Mail.
If the customer does not redeem the parcel or entered an incorrect delivery address, so the item gets returned to us, the customer is charged for costs of shipping and administrative charges of 150sek (Sweden), 200sek (outside of Sweden). The parcel will be returned to us after appr. 2 weeks. We must await the return, which can take up to 3-4 weeks all-in-all, before we can send it out again or make any part refund.

EU: 2-6 work days
World: 1-2 weeks
